AmeriLife is in the midst of an exciting and significant transformation of its operational infrastructure to better serve the evolving needs of its stakeholders across the country. As such, we’re looking for a Licensing Specialist to help us continue pushing our ambitious roadmap forward.

The Processing Specialist is a key contributor to the success of the licensing and contracting area and the business they support throughout the organization. This person must be well organized, able to work with various insurance carrier representatives as well as partner with internal operations and key stakeholders simultaneously.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct agent outreach.
• Enter agent information into contracting system.
• Monitor exception reports and work exceptions as needed.
• Ensure commission levels match the contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers.
• Communicate with internal account management team to ensure corporate offices satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to all contracting questions received via email and phone.
• Solve Certification and Product training cases as necessary.
• Participate in regular planning with management team.
• Communicate with Carriers and External Partners as needed.
• Assist with Release Requests as needed.
• Monitor electronic notices from New Business and Commissions Departments.
• Respond to monitoring, coaching, and various forms of feedback and quality analysis designed to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
• Consistently meets established productivity goals.
• Report on weekly task progress.
• Support short term operational activities as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly.
• Highly skilled in attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive approach to taking initiative and creative problem solving.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite or similar (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Financial Services industry experienced preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
