FireWorks Construction is Hiring a Project Manager Near Beltsville, MD

Our Restoration Company has provided quality clean up and restoration to homes and businesses damaged by water, mold and fire.

This individual will develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and general contractors while maintaining positive communication with the customer. You will serve as the primary liaison between all involved and coordinate daily work for the crew chiefs and technicians. Must also ensure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents. We are a 24/7 on call company!

Highly qualified candidates will have a proven track record in customer service, restoration/construction management, sales, time management and leadership. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Salary plus commission!

Job Requirements
~ Candidates must have experience working with insurance companies and interfacing with insurance adjusters and property owners.
~ Minimum of 2years experience in the field of property damage restoration preferred.
~ Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, as all work requires a sense of urgency.
~ Proficient in the use of Xactimate, and Windows applications preferred.
~ Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times
~ Self Starter with excellent follow-through and problem solving skills
~ Goal oriented achiever that enjoys helping people in a time of need
~ Networking, prospecting, and sales closing skills with industry specific knowledge
~ Good work ethic with stable history
