TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Director within our Industry Marketing team to help us deliver on our mission to help marketers grow with Hispanic consumers across our many platforms and content franchises. This position will report to the SVP Industry Marketing, Advertising Sales and work in concert with senior marketing and sales leaders across the company to accelerate TelevisaUnivision’s transformation and evolution. This role will craft actionable brand stories and materials that bring our unique proposition to life, translated into clear narratives to empower and enable our sellers to drive investment among agency and marketing executives. They will thrive by creating coalitions and efficient working relationships across functions and levels within the company. About You You thrive in the intersection of marketing and storytelling. Your Day-to-Day • Act as a partner to Industry Marketing and Growth Strategy leadership to craft the B2B story that will serve as foundation for our go-to-market strategy all year long • Bring our story to life throughout industry events that help highlight our sales proposition within the marketplace (e.g. pre-Upfront tools, annual Upfront event, CannesLions, Advertising Week, CES, etc) • Work closely with Ad Sales Leadership and product marketing when necessary to tackle topical business challenges and develop ways to storytell to the marketplace • Serve as the leader overseeing sales enablement strategies and marketing materials including, but not limited to, presentations, sell sheets, talking points, video reels, scripts, FAQs, and internal sales meeting content. • Develop and manage relationships with strategic industry partners and vendors as well as internal and external clients. • People management: Oversee two marketers responsible for industry storytelling and sales enablement activities You Have • 6 years marketing experience in digital or traditional media company, ad agency, or other B2B environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience • Highly proficient business storyteller with the ability to write everything from pithy social posts to hard-hitting presentation scripts • Keen design eye and ability to clearly articulate compelling layouts in Powerpoint, or to design partners • Confidence in working on cross-functional projects, and ability to voice POV • Ability to delve deep into data and insights to help craft unique sales propositions • Understanding of media and marketing industries a definite plus • Excellent and efficient PPT skills • Spanish-language speaker a plus Eligibility Requirements • Must be willing to work from an office in New York, NY or Miami, FL • Employment/education will be verified • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must be willing and able to travel for business planning and event needs Compensation Range $110k-$140k Our Benefits TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
