Summary:

Timekeepers Security Inc. is looking for an energetic Office Assistant/Field Trainer to join our team! Our ideal candidate will be able to handle clerical duties, while also working out in the field to help train personnel.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Train employees in the field utilizing proper operational procedures and functions and explain company policies.
• Train personnel in security rules and procedures.
• Requisition necessary supplies, equipment, or services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Must have clean driving record.
• May be required to work some weekends or evenings and be on call alternating weekends.
• Relevant experience a big plus.

Job Type/Pay:

• Full Time
• $15/hr
