HVAC Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients.

Full Benefits: After 90 days

Commission Pay: $60,000-$100,000

Must have a clean driving record. 

Responsibilities:
- Installing new HVAC systems in accordance with building codes and manufacturer specifications
- Conducting routine maintenance on existing systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Diagnosing and repairing problems with HVAC systems
- Performing regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns in a professional manner
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC technician training program or apprenticeship
- Current EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
