Perri Skin Care is Hiring a Medical Administrative Assistant Near Sewell, NJ
Perri Skin Care / Surgical Specialties is a busy, high volume dermatology and surgical office that is looking for a skilled medical administrator. The medical scribe’s duties include:
- Performing documentation in EMR
- Gathering info on patient visits and documenting diagnosis and treatment plan as dictated by the provider
- Prepares/assembles charts & medical records
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation of the medical chart
- Prepares and sends all documentation to provider for review and approval
- Assist in medical coding, which includes appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Answer relevant phone calls in correlation with patient charting and medical records
Prior experience in using EMR, knowledge of ICD-10, and knowledge of dermatology based medical terminology is required.
Experience in Nextech is highly preferred
