Description
Three Doors Properties is seeking a skilled Network Administrator / IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our third-party vendors and consultants and be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.
Responsibilities
•Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.
•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
•Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and security of the network.
•Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
•Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
•Manage user accounts and permissions.
•Collaborate with our third-party consultant to create and maintain documentation related to network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
•Collaborate with other team members and our third-party partners to implement IT projects and initiatives.
•Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
•Prior experience working as a Network Administrator or IT Support Technician.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network , Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
•Associate degree or trade certificate program in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
•Experience with network hardware (wireless access points, routers, switches, firewalls) and software (Cisco, etc.).
•Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
