We are looking for a full-time maintenance tech for Motel 6 & Studio 6 Tucson North Hotel with 119-guest rooms.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Complete maintenance work orders for all rooms and property grounds in a timely basis.
- Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms such as: plunging toilets, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment, including lamps, PTAC units, light bulbs, etc.
- Basic pool maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas with a power washer.
- Good communication skills between departments.
- Basic painting skills and drywall experience are a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in the US
- Weekend availability
