The objective of an Enrollment Specialist is to attract and enroll new children in our Palm Beach County childcare locations while maintaining positive family relations with current and potential clients, fostering positive business relationships in our community with other local businesses, and supporting ways to enhance positivity in our school family environment. Enrollment Specialists are required to maintain professional, courteous relationships with parents, co-workers, and children based around our school wide core values.

This position does require driving between the locations of the schools which are within a maximum of a 2 mile distance between each other. Milage reimbursement is possible.

Being able to make connections with adults and children

Utilizing persuasion skills, encouraging families to enroll at our school

Assist families to make the best choice when determining the site of enrollment

Show warmth, compassion, empathy, and love to the children.

Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma/GED

Must have a Valid Driver's License

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is extremely helpful, but not required.

This a full-time position

8am-5pm Monday-Friday
