The Villas is hiring a Dining Room Manager for our Lunch and Dinner Shift, 11a-7p Wednesday-Sunday.

We are seeking a Dining Room Manager who has a passion for hospitality and excellence and proven management and leadership skills. The Dining Room Manager leads and motivates the wait staff in providing exceptional customer service to our Residents and their guests through table service in the dining room and designated areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Training all wait staff
• Schedule oversight of wait staff
• Assist with set up and cleaning of dining room tables and surrounding areas
• Assist with cleaning and scraping dishes in preparation for washing
• Assists in food preparation
• Prepares and delivers food to resident floors and retrieves trays
• Follows all sanitation and Infection Control procedures
• Washes hands frequently and prior to returning or starting work.
• Wears gloves according to policy and removes them and reapplies them when appropriate
• Reports any equipment or safety problems immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
