What You Will Bring:

• 5 years experience within the political, organizing, or campaigning space. 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have established and productive relationships within the state grassroots leaders community. 
• Demonstrated skill working with and building issue based coalitions.
• Familiarity with state election systems, needs, and issues.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Ability to think creatively and find solutions. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Must be based in the state and able to travel primarily within the state regularly.
• Demonstrated ability to work with communities of color in an advocacy setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• A JD or advanced policy degree is a plus

Salary Range:

$83,769 to $112,679 (commensurate to experience)
