Our client is a firm of financial architects with deep expertise in the tech sector and stock-based compensation. They help their clients break through the daily financial noise to create their own philosophy around money. The group provides flat-fee financial planning as well as wealth management services to their clients, and they currently have approx. $300M in assets under their care.

They are looking to bring on a Financial Associate to work directly with clients on their financial planning. This position has a clear career path with the potential for future opportunities in the firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement recommendations that are identified through the planning process
• Run analysis and develop recommendations to help clients optimize each area of their planning
• Help new clients "get up to speed" and feel confident in their plan
• Work directly with the team to ensure all appropriate documents are in order, signed, and completed
• Coordinate with the company’s tight-knit team to deliver timely, tailored, and caring guidance
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients' questions related to their planning and implementation
• Work with a measure twice, cut once mentality

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are curious, caring, excellent communicators, and excited to learn and grow
• 0-2 years of experience in the finance industry
• BA/BS in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary plus bonus, benefits, and other incentives. As well as further related education cost covered (example: CFP designation, FINRA licenses, etc.)
