As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in site and land development to join our team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in site and land development to oversee our construction projects in Hampstead, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing all phases of site development, from initial planning and permitting through construction and final inspection. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of site and land development projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee site grading, utility installation, road construction, landscaping, and other site development activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and schedules to clients and senior management, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or challenges.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management (assistant years count too!) with a focus on site and land development.
  • Strong knowledge of site development processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
