Summary: Responsible for providing Project Management services within IS Project Management Office (PMO) for IS projects that include, but are not limited to departmental level deployment of technologies, business and clinical systems, and management of medium size project teams. Assists with developing plans, coordinating activities, communicates and controls activities of assigned projects to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, using assigned resources according to customer specifications. Proven project experience and communication skills are required. Leads the development of requirements, resource plan, deliverables, schedule, risk and contingency plans and manages the capital budget. Manages teams, resolves conflict and adheres to standard methodology and quality processes.
Education:: Minimum requirement of Associate's degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years Project Management experience leading project team sizes of 5 team members. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated skill and/or experience in following: PMBOK, root-cause analysis, financial management, and problem solving.
