LRHSC – Rolla, ND – Custodian

Temporary, Part-Time (10 hours per week)

As a Custodian you would be responsible for planning, organizing, and performing a wide variety of custodial functions. You will sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub all floor surfaces, cleanup of spills and stains, sanitize restrooms, collect and dispose of waste material, clean and polish all mirrors, fixtures, and furniture, maintain a schedule of all required duties, maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of all cleaning supplies, monitor the environment and report pertinent safety or sanitation information to appropriate staff. This person will be responsible for completing state fleet duties as well. 

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or a GED and one year of custodial/maintenance experience with tasks such as vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing restroom and fixtures, etc. Must be able to lift or move boxes and/or furniture with weight of up to 60 lbs.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

This is an on-going, non-benefited position, working 10 hours per week and is located in our Rolla Outreach Office.
