Evolve is a residential and commercial exterior renovation company. We also specialize in home improvement and solar power. We operate in Missouri, Michigan, Florida, California, Minnesota, Illinois, Kentucky, Colorado and Texas. We are fun, bold, rewarding and our goal is to continue to build a great brand while servicing our amazing customers across the country. Our services include roofing, siding, windows, gutters storm, water and fire damage restoration and solar power. As an environmental conscious company, we take pride in building long term relationships with our clients in our community. Whether it be a residential roofing restoration project or a complete commercial solar installation, we have experience to properly execute any job from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated markets
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present product information and demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
