Numeric Technologies, Inc is looking for a Job Title: QA/DevOps Manager to provide services for our
client:

As a QA/DevOps Manager your job duties will be:

Directing and managing end-to-end project delivery (QA & DevOps).
On-time delivery of all IT tasks per agreed timelines and project schedules of clients.
Hiring and Managing project resources needs per project resource needs and ensure adequate
capacity as per project planning.
Creating plans, executing & monitoring the agreed objectives, and ensuring all KPIs metrics are
met.
Setting up and managing QA & DevOps for projects as per the project delivery types.
Working closely with Managers, project managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver all IT
activities.
Working with Recruitment managers, Delivery managers to ensure resource requirements are
fulfilled and IT development & support activities are planned, assigned to resources, and executed
as per project schedules and business requirements.
Working closely with leads and team members to ensure tasks are assigned and delivered without
any schedule or cost impacts.
Researching, providing inputs and deciding on the best tools/applications implemented at the
organization level to facilitate smooth operations.
Working with external vendors to ensure all employee support needs are addressed on time.
Ensuring Communication with all stakeholders and clients on a timely basis.

DevOps/Project Management Tools JIRA, Bamboo, GIThub, Confluence, SharePoint,
Bitbucket, Dynatrace, Splunk, PowerBI
QA Tools Tosca, Neoload, Qtest,Applitools, Perfecto
Degree requirement: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems,
information technology, related engineering (computer or software) or a combination of education and
experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor s degree in one of the aforementioned
subjects.
