Your Role : The Welcoming Face of Still Waters at the Front Desk

• Create First Impressions : Greet guests with a warm smile and provide a seamless check-in experience.
• Be the Go-To Expert : Offer information about our resort rooms, rates, and amenities, making each guest feel special and welcomed.
• Handle Reservations with Finesse : Manage phone and online bookings with precision and care.
• Resolve with Empathy : Address guest concerns with a professional and understanding approach.
• Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are pristine, inviting and well kept.
• Upsell with Insight : Intuitively recommend additional services and room types that enhance the experience of our guests' stay.
