Location: Punta Gorda
Reports To: CEO/Director, HR
Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Summary: Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple executives. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, filing and scanning, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations. Supports all leadership needs and activities. Extensive software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Supports the CEO in all requests and requirements. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
· Organizing monthly “in office” birthday celebrations
· Co-ordinating with AP on keeping office supplies up to date- including making sure we have toner cartridge back-ups

· Prior risk management experience
· Prior workers compensation experience
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
· Must be able to lift 1 to 25 pounds without assistance
· Must be able to set-up and tear down training and conference room tables & chairs
