Responsibilities: As an RN WeekendSupervisor, your primary responsibilities will include leading and supervisingthe day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Your role is crucial inensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Keyday-to-day responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during the 7am-7pm shifts.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units.
- Playing a vital role in the DON in training program.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
- Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development.
- Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.
- Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Tennessee.
- Long-term care and supervisory experience are required.
- BLS CPR Certification.
