Dollamur LP is seeking a talented and experienced Epicor Manager with a specialization in Epicor ERP management. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and we are committed to providing our team with opportunities for professional development and growth.
This position will be on-site full time at the Fort Worth, TX facility.
Position Summary:
The Epicor Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure and Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within Dollamur LP. This role requires a strong technical background in IT systems, network administration, and expertise in Epicor. This position plays a crucial role in data integrity, efficient operations, and effective utilization of Dollamur’s technology resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Response for managing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Dollamur’s IT infrastructure as well as server network, hardware, and software maintenance and performance.
- Responsible for managing third party IT management vendor relationships.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring Dollamur’s data security, backup, and recover procedures are in place and effective.
- Manage the customization and optimization of the Epicor system. Ensure system upgrades, patches, and enhancements are installed when necessary and Epicor integration is effective with other business systems and applications.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues and Epicor ERP functionality.
- Manage and develop custom solutions and reports within the Epicor environment.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant IT and data protection regulations as well as implementing and maintaining security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Responsible for continuous training with users to ensure effective and efficient use of all Dollamur systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in both IT and ERP functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and Epicor administration.
- Previous project management experience is preferred.
- Certification in relevant IT and Epicor technologies is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to deliver results to meet deadlines. May occasionally work in stressful situations.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to sit, stand, and talk. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
- Must be able to use eyes to focus and see differences in color.
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
- Must comply with all PPE, including but not limited to gloves and safety glasses as required.
