Our IT company is seeking a self-motivated Level II Technician possessing excellent communication and organizational skills. The applicant must be able to work in a customer-facing, team-based, dynamic work environment. (Seeking in-office/partial remote work)
Job Duties Include:
Remote and onsite desktop support for Windows environments. Office 365/Azure support and administration Remote and onsite network administration Desktop and laptop deployment using automation tools Switch and AP deployment and support Next-gen security tool deployment and support RMM and PSA use to troubleshoot and manage cross-platform devices Light scripting for RMM and Active Directory Network troubleshooting and escalation to level III when necessary Lead tech for refresh projects HPE and Dell Server hardware support Escalation point for Level I techs VoIP endpoint support and light administration
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum 3 years of applicable work experience. Relevant college coursework or technical school beneficial Administrator level experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 GPO troubleshooting/deployment experience MSP experience beneficial PSA and RMM experience beneficial Desktop deployment experience necessary Microsoft certifications beneficial CompTIA certifications beneficial
