Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Are you a therapist looking for a new opportunity? Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is looking for a great therapist to join our team! We are looking for a team player who takes initiative and is passionate about helping others. Experience treating co-occurring disorders is a plus. This position will provide therapy, treatment plans, and screenings to adult clients in our Tulsa office. This position will work on a team with a case manager and will hold a productivity standard of 25 hours a week. This position will work with a wide array of diagnoses including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Bipolar I/II. Responsible for incorporating the agency’s Sanctuary Model principles and tools into client care. Will also complete appropriate documentation of services to meet licensing, state and agency standards. Requires a master’s degree in mental health related discipline. Must be licensed or licensed eligible in the State of Oklahoma; e.g. LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, or LCSW. Vaccinations are required and exemption forms are available upon request if available.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
