Project Manager - Commercial Refrigeration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Commercial Refrigeration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with directors and executives about project progress.
• Quality Control: Ensure all projects are completed to a high-quality standard, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial refrigeration industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions on construction sites.

Work Environment:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software. It also requires visiting job sites.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000/year.
