Position Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work 6am-2pm and an alternating weekend schedule.
- Additional education / certification in food preparation preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Working knowledge of special diets, various cuts of meat, use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, sanitation regulations.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
