LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

Full Time

7am-3pm with alternating weekends

Willow Gardens Memory Care/Assisted Living Program is seeking motivated LPNs to join our team of experienced professionals. Some of the key requirements include:

• Must be licensed as an LPN in New York State
• Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing
• Must be detail-oriented, able to notice any changes in a patient's condition and report changes to our care team
• 6 months of experience working as an LPN in an assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing or similar setting
• 2 years of hands on experience providing care through clinical rotation, on the job training through a nursing program or experience as a private care giver
• Available to work 7am-3pm with alternating weekends
• Team member - Will follow direction, guidance and feedback from Supervisors
• Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19
