• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Schedule appointments, re-schedule, and confirm appointments
• Process intake paperwork, verify insurance eligibility and set-up financial information in electronic medical records.
• Obtain co-pays
• Complete insurance authorizations
• Claim review and submission to insurance payers.
• Follow up with insurers regarding unpaid or denied claims, exceptions, and exclusions.
• Post insurance payments to patient accounts.
• Perform other tasks as needed
