WD Electronics is Hiring a Production Assembler Near Sandy, UT

Want to be the most important part of our company, be recognized for it and earn up to $22 an hour? We are looking for detail oriented, hard working, fun loving, cable assembly workers to join our family. Best of all, No experience is required!

WD Electronics is looking for a dedicated and reliable person who likes working with his or her hands to assemble Cables and Wiring Harnesses in the Powersports industry. You will have a can-do attitude and like working on your own while in a busy team environment. Attention to detail, dependability, cooperation, discipline and a willingness to learn is key to this position as you grow in your ability to handle various assembly types. Successful candidates must possess an exceptional work ethic, maintain an excellent attendance record, and work well with others as part of a team.

Details about the job:

  • Monday to Friday - No nights or weekends!
  • $15 to $22 an hour based on experience
  • Warehouse located in Sandy, UT

Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assemble high-quality cables needed to fulfill current demand.
  • Produce enough assemblies to catch up backlog of orders in 30 days.
  • Occasionally lift and move items weighing about 30-40 pounds but occasionally using equipment to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Assemble cable and wiring harnesses with your hands using both a mix of hand and power tools.
  • Recommend faster techniques to improve our processes (Bonuses are given for recommendations implemented)

Requirements:

  • You are available to work Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5pm, and Friday from 7:30am-2pm
  • You have reliable transportation to our Warehouse in Sandy, UT
  • You are a detail oriented person who loves the idea of making a high quality product for a hometown business
  • You like being hands on and have big goals in life

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
