We are seeking a skilled Medical Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of our medical team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting/management, clinical expertise, and leadership skills.

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical staff, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management of all medical assistants.

-Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to medical staff members.

- Conduct training for all new medical assistants.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abiity to build effective relationships with medical staff, providers and management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Complete understanding of medical assistant responsibilites.
