Basic Requirements

• Basic Kitchen Skills- knife cuts, prep, sauté, grill, fry, roast, bake, etc. 

• Basic product knowledge 

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions 

• Ability to work clean 

• Ability to handle simultaneous projects 

• Must be able/willing to lift/carry at least 25 lbs 

• From-scratch cooking experience is preferred 

• Pasta experience is a plus
