This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. CGS is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected award and start word date is March-April 2024.

This is a Senior Lead position.

Essential Functions:

• Supervisory / managerial authority and is responsible for the performance of the work on the contract
• Single point of contact that works with the COR at the NSC and the Government representatives at the MCoE's and schools, in support of the management and program level for contract execution
• Responsible for performance for all employees

Requirements:

• United States citizen
• Active Secret Clearance

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in leading technical and functional teams in training, exercise/event support, capability development, verification, validation, and accreditation
• 5 years' of US Military experience at staff (Battalion or higher) leadership positions

Working Conditions: inside office on Government site

Required Travel: Minimal

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Week: Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

Overtime: as required

Contract Length: More than 1 year
