The Scenario Lead will provide Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Laboratory (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. Provide scenario developments skills in support of MCBL experimentation events.

Essential Functions:

• Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
• May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products
• May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation
• Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment scenario issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured
• Attend planning meetings
• Training and managing data collectors
• Proficient in the use of MS Office products

Requirements:

• United States citizen
• Active Secret Clearance

Education:

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university

Experience:

• Experience military operator with field-grade level knowledge
• 5 years in scenario development supporting experimentation and Join exercises
• Must have breadth of knowledge from service in EAB planning and Joint Staff planning experience, Joint Service expertise/experience
• Army service of greater than 10 years with experiences in Army, joint, and coalition operations at the division or higher echelon is desired
