`Duties`
- Manage and oversee customer relations team, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention
- Supervise and train customer relations staff, providing guidance and support
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators
`Qualifications`
- Proven experience in a customer relations or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
