Seeking an experienced and licensed NP for a well-regarded Gastroenterology Practice in Brooklyn. Inpatient and Outpatient.

Must be licensed in NYS.

Responsibilities:

• Examining patients, documenting medical history.
• Formulate diagnosis, clinical assessments.
• Managing patient problems
• Order diagnostic tests, interpret diagnostic and laboratory test results.
• Prescribing treatments or medications.
• Monitoring responses to treatments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position requirements:

• Registered as a NP in New York State
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience with a high level of independent decision-making, in medical field
• Willing to train in the field of gastroenterology
• Ability to use EMR effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
