Emergency Dental Nashville is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Nashville, TN

We are seeking a Dental Assistant for our unique, new age dental office concept. This is a starting position, with lots of room to grow within our dental group. The position includes a hourly salary, performance bonuses and other benefits. Experience is recommended. We are looking for the right leader and personality, with the ability to work independently, multi and prioritize tasks, work well with other team members. The Dental Assistant is ultimately responsible for the development of the team as well as the growth and financial success of the office. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, be confident in their ability to lead, coach and develop all members of the team on the clinical and non-clinical side of the business. He/she will serve as a partner for the clinical directors of the company/office and identify coaching moments, quality concerns, areas to improve patient experience and ultimately help us retain both the patients and the employees. The ideal candidate needs the ability to influence their team to exceed expectations. This candidate is to be an extension of their leadership team and reinforce and foster incredible teamwork, culture, enthusiasm and never settles for anything but excellence. The Dental Assistant must be able to overcome adversity, think quickly on their feet and be able to provide solutions. This is an entry level position that provides a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to continually expand his/her career opportunities within our growing Dental group. Candidate must have (1) years dental assistant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
