We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in Middleton, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machines and possess a strong understanding of precision measuring instruments. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of hand tools and equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, or straighten metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications for the final product
- Perform quality checks using calipers and other precision measuring instruments
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production of parts
- Inspect finished pieces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Experience:
- Previous experience operating a press brake machine is required
- Familiarity with hand tools, electrical discharge machining, lathe, plasma cutting, and forklift operation is preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic math skills
- Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring instruments effectively

Schedule: Mon-Fri 1st Shift

Pay: $21-$25 DOE

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
