We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on 1st and 2nd Shift in Ayer, MA . These roles are for our client that specializes in food manufacturing and distribution.

These roles will consist of :

• Craft and conduct strategies to streamline warehouse operations under the direction of the Senior Warehouse Manager.
• Direct a diverse team of forklift operators and warehouse personnel ensuring everyone hits their goals.
• Collaborate with the production and inventory specialists to make sure production runs smoothly.
• Implement safety, ensuring every team member is following procedures and policies to provide a safe working environment.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• At least 1-2 years in a leadership / supervisory type role.
• Forklift certified
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to speak fluent English (Bi-Lingual preferred but not required)

Location : Ayer, MA

Schedule : 1st and 2nd Shift Available Mon-Fri

Pay : $30-$35 hourly
