RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Take the lead by igniting HVAC systems, ensuring readiness for Energy Star testing, and effortlessly troubleshooting any hitches. Your technical finesse shines as you guide your team, fostering collaboration, and delivering unparalleled service. To do this, you need:

• High school diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted for education)
• Experience in HVAC installation
• Ability to interpret and understand installation plans/documents
• Basic computing skills and comfortable using a computer, laptop, or tablet
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to work overtime or occasional weekend hours

An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus!
