Imagine a work schedule that allows you to thrive. Our Purchasing and Procurement Specialist position offers a Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 4 PM, with the flexibility to embrace overtime and occasional weekends.

You start your day by reviewing parts memos from Field Connect, ensuring that every order is accurate and timely. With your organizational skills, you seamlessly manage parts ordering and replenishing supplies, making sure that everything is well-stocked. You collaborate with various teams to schedule parts with homeowners and create purchase orders like a pro. Your role extends to assisting with warranty and registration tasks, and you actively contribute to a smooth flow of operations. With your attention to detail and passion for excellence, you ensure that Airtron's standards are met every step of the way!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

We're looking for a Purchasing and Procurement Specialist that can meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 years of office and/or clerical experience
• 1 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• General computer competency
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
