Bartender at Chagrin Valley Country Club

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to club members and guests
• Learn and address the members by their names
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
• Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns
• Performs bar opening and closing procedures
• Answer questions about drink ingredients

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years bartending experience; excellent people and communication skills
• Hospitality-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must possess willingness to learn and perform new beverage programs and services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation
• Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ability to work varying shifts including day/evening, holidays, and weekends

Benefits

• Starting wage of $21 with increase after 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
