SUMMARY

The Lead Dishwasher’s duties include washing plates, glasses and flatware, deck brushing floors, stocking items, general clean-up. This position has much room for growth in general kitchen maintenance and guiding seasonal part time dishwashers. Review after 90 days with increase in wage.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is required to stand and walk for 85-90% of the shift; they may have to sit, stoop and bend; the position requires ability to use arms, hands and manipulate fingers to operate equipment. Ability to see and hear is required. Must have ability to move, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
