Position Overview

Arnold Ventures is seeking two professional and motivated individuals who can serve as a Desktop Support and Training Analyst, one in our Washington, D.C. office and one in our Houston, Texas office.

Core Responsibilities

The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for training Arnold Ventures staff on existing technologies and applications and assisting with their needs, including, but not limited to, tasks such as the following:

* Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop and network problems for end-users, and implement corrective solutions

* Receive and respond to issues reported via tickets, calls, and e-mails and to deliver resolutions within required service-level agreements

* Provide on-site issue resolution and training with a white glove, boutique approach

* Conduct end user level training sessions on assigned business systems and technologies

* Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware, software, and peripherals

* Collaborate with senior Data Systems and Technology staff to ensure efficient operation of the company's technology infrastructure

* Assist in maintaining inventory of PCs, monitors, laptops, computer peripherals, etc.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in technology related field or equivalent experience

* At least three years of experience in a technology support or training role

* Experience with Mac OS, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365 Services

* Exceptional preparation, presentation, and organizational skills

* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a thorough and timely manner

* Excellent written and oral communication skills
