Laundry Attendants are an Important piece to the hotels success- 

Role Responsibilities:

*Removing linen from rooms after guests check out.

*Washing, drying, and folding laundry.

*Checking and adding chemicals as needed. *

*Checking and cleaning lint traps.

*Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard. Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.

*Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load. Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered.

*Communicate verbally and written with all departments as needed.

*Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

* Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;

*Complete Safety and Brand Standard training and certifications.

* Assist with cleaning public areas, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

*Have a clean uniform and professional appearance at all times.

*Have a professional and friendly demeanor.

*Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

*Support team to reach common goals.

*Able to prioritize, work in a timely manner, work independently and as a team.

*Perform other tasks as requested by management.
