We’re looking for a Beer Specialist to work in a retail environment for an average of 30 plus hours weekly. The position requires weekends, evenings, and some days. Our specialist’s primary role is customer service, departmental sales and expertise with a personal passion. Industry experience is required, and level 1 certification as Cicerone is greatly valued. The position includes cashiering responsibilities as well as sales floor/ product maintenance (such as helping to keep the shelves stocked). Specialists must coordinate with management and marketing as well as our inventory specialist (the company buyer). Stewards must also offer minor support to our restaurant and banquet hall.
We are Red, Wine & Brew an upscale, high volume, high-energy establishment in Mentor, OH. We offer 3 forms of business. Our retail branch offers beer, wine, tobacco, and much more in a 10,000 square foot facility. We are a trendy, upscale restaurant (that’s called The Lounge), featuring a full bar with spirits, beer, & wine, as well as an extremely fresh menu in an elegant atmosphere. Red Wine and Brew is also a banquet hall (it’s called the Loft) that caters up to 100 people for private events.
