HomeXpress Mortgage Corp is Hiring a VP of Operations Near Orange, CA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees daily operations, including establishing and meeting goals, team staffing, SLA’s, and training.
· Forecast funding and hiring in advance.
· Supervises the daily activities of the team leads and supervisors, the verification desk, and the funding team to ensure effective pipeline management.
· Monitors pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded.
· Negotiates and works to resolve problems with broker as it relates to pricing, program changes, and re-works to loan requests.
· Communicate with other departments including but not limited to sales, Senior Management, and other support departments.
· Communicates effectively with Sales Managers and other appropriate positions when service levels are at risk and identifies issues and recommends areas for improvement.
· Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required
EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in the Mortgage industry required
· Minimum of five to ten years of supervisor or management experience in operations within the mortgage industry
· Highly proficient in communicating both written and orally to small or large teams
· Ability to deliver the company direction to all team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
