Position Summary:
The primary role of the position is to assist the Marketing Manager and the sales personnel in various roles for the company. This includes following up with vendors for both products that have been returned for credit, Co-op credits, and vendor rebates. Support key sales functions through reporting, labor bills, call queues, open directs, etc. Assist with the execution of any marketing event as needed; this may include some recruitment events. Manage various vendor/customer report requests specifically with customer programs. Any additional duties as assigned.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager but work very closely with the Digital Coordinator, Billing and Accounts Payable Supervisor, Frost Management, and the sales teams.
Follows all workplace safety standards and follows established safety procedures. Identifies any issues, takes corrective action, and reports to supervisor as appropriate. Attends all required Frost-provided safety orientation and training.
