Job Description

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities :

Sell hydraulic andpneumatic products to current and new accounts.

Developpersonal relationships with regular countercustomers.

Identifies and fulfills customer product and / orservice requirements.

Fabricates hose assemblies tofulfill customer requirements.

Provides applicationassistance to customers.

Coordinates pickup transactionsat the counter including locating and pulling orders asrequired.

Performs computer data entry related to allareas of store operations.

Inventories orders transfersreceives and stocks shelves with new and replenishmentinventory.

Maintains showroom appearance creates newdisplays and implements related marketingprograms.

Maintain a safe clean and organized workarea.

Opens and closes the store.

Serves asoncall for afterhours emergency service coverage.

Ensurethat the highest level of customer service and ethical behavior arefollowed.

The ideal candidate will possess the followingqualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED and510 years related experience and / or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience;
• Basic mechanicalknowledge (will be given a mechanical aptitudetest);
• Excellent communication and work organizationskills;
• Good computer / keyboarding skillsrequired;
• Willing to work overtime including weekends andholidays ;
• Background inhydraulics and pneumatics helpful;
• Store managementexperience helpful;
