Mereo Networks delivers single-source fiber-based broadband Internet and home automation solutions to multi-family and high-density real estate projects. The business platform has consolidated four leading brands to deliver premier bulk single-source services throughout the Mountain West and Sun Belt, with access to more than 40,000 customers.
We are currently looking for an Installation Manager in the Phoenix market. The Installation Manager will manage the network device and data installations for multiple projects in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
Responsibilities
. Manage subcontractors for multiple projects that would be responsible for cable pulling, device hangings, terminations, etc.
· Responsible for the overall management and execution of all the field jobs including initiation, maintenance, and completion.
· Ensure project deadlines are completed in a timely manner.
· Partner and collaborate successfully with key stakeholders including customers, subcontractors, vendors, coworkers, etc.
· Responsible for reporting on subcontractor status and site status to the Project Management Team.
· Responsible for the Data Network Installations.
· Responsible for the completion of “finish” work which includes configuration and programming of low voltage systems (access control, surveillance, smart homes).
· Ensure a safe and quality work environment.
· Team player. Ability to work well with all levels in the organization.

· 3 year’s knowledge and experience installation experience in the low voltage industry.
