The Now Consultants LLC is Hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative Near Bismarck, ND
We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. The Retail Customer Service Representatives provide dedicated customer support while communicating effectively, and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and in-depth knowledge of our clients products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores.
Daily Retail Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Assist customers to complete sales process and answer any questions they may have
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
- Face to face sales presentations in a retail environment
Required Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. Qualifying applicants will possess the following attributes that lend to their ability to succeed in this customer-oriented role:
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer facing role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
