We are a quality and safety focused company who is growing & and in need of an experienced Foreman to lead our installation crews.

Our commercial team operates in a professional manner, offering the tools and support needed to get the job done, all, while keeping safety, quality, and customer service at the top of the priority list. Currently, our projects are all based in Arizona with the potential to work in Southern Nevada but nothing on the schedule currently.

- Commercial hours vary depending on the job and location (5x8's or 4x10's). Overnight travel may be required.
Responsibilities – Commercial Foreman:
- Is responsible for the overall day-to-day activities for assigned projects
- Is accountable for meeting daily project goals which are communicated from the Construction Manager
- Assists in making project Bill of Materials
- Works with Project Managers to order materials needed
- Drives a positive morale of the project crew
- Organizes and conducts daily safety talks
- May make final decisions in the absence of the Construction Manager.
- Assists in selection, training, evaluation and supervision of full time and temporary employees on the project site.
- Coordinates workload of crews; prioritizes job assignments; generates records and reports of activities supervised.
- Performs quality audits to hold crews accountable
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1 years of Foreman or Lead experience running Commercial Solar OR Commercial Electrical projects
- Safety and Quality focused
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and an overall positive attitude
- Proven success in leading others
- Must have a valid AZ driver's license be accepted by our car insurance
- A high school diploma or equivalent is requested but not required.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders or stairs and working on commercial roof tops in hot, cold and inclement weather.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to 70 lbs. regularly, and be able to push, pull, bend, stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must have your own basic set of hand and power tools.
Commercial hours may vary depending on the job and location such as 5 days a week, 8 hours a day or 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. Overtime and overnight travel may be required. You must be comfortable climbing ladders or stairs, working on commercial roof tops in hot, cold and inclement weather. You must be able to lift 50 to 70 lbs. regularly, and can push, pull, bend, stand or kneel for extended periods of time. Background checks and drug screens (which excludes marijuana) will be performed on all final candidates. Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.
